Questions About Hiring a General Contractor
A subcontractor handles one trade: tile, drywall or plumbing fixtures. As your general contractor, we run the whole job: scope, schedule, permits, the order the trades work in, and the final result. You have one person to call instead of six.
Yes. Owner Eliel holds both a Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration, and the company carries insurance. We’re glad to show you the paperwork at the estimate visit.
Many contractors don’t hold a CSL, so problems only surface when the town inspector finds them. Our licensed supervisor is on site catching them first, and every crew member is trained to the same code and standards. The person you meet at the quote is the person accountable for the finish.
The estimate visit is free. We walk the space, talk through what you want, then send a detailed written estimate covering the scope and the cost so you can see exactly what is included before you commit.
