All Times Painting and Home Improvement is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed other renovation companies and know the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. Eliel and the entire crew were always professional, patient and courteous. The painters and carpenters we utilized showed a high level of responsiveness and knowledge of their craft. They painted our gunite pool with epoxy, built a deck with Azek composites, painted the house and even fixed a few rotted boards for no extra charge. It was refreshing to have a company take such pride in delivering top notch quality. We enjoyed working with this company. We contracted with this business to tile our bathroom. Not only did they finish the job in a timely manner and not only did the tiler do a great job, but they did a ton of extra things to fix up the bathroom. They removed all the fixtures before starting, including a VERY heavy cast iron claw foot tub. They patched an enlarged hole where the pedestal sinks drained and replaced the supply lines to the sink. All the workers worked long hours, sometimes not leaving until after 7 pm. Eliel even touched up the walls and baseboards after the tile was installed. The workers were all polite and hardworking. I highly recommend this business.

We hired All Times Painting to make an addition in our existing deck and to refinish the deck with composite boards. In addition, Eliel realized that the decking was outdated according to states code and his company was able to fix all of the structure problems that the deck had.

They did a great job and were very responsive. The owner is very nice and came to the job several times to inspect the work. He also went with us to pick out a paint color, and did not charge anything extra when we changed the paint color slightly after they had used tinted primer. They were also a few thousand dollars less than other quotes. We had a lot of cracked paint and rotted wood. They did a great job on the surfaces that did not need much scraping or sanding, and the repair of the rotted wood was excellent. I probably would have liked a little more sanding to blend in the scraped areas, but I know that would have been additional money. Probably best of all is that we had one piece of trim where the paint was peeling and they came back and scraped, primed and painted it at no charge under their warranty 2 years after the job! They also re-painted the back of my garage where it looked like they might have only painted one coat. For that alone they would get an excellent rating! Nice to see that they stand behind their guarantee!

Eliel and his team did some work for our condo association this spring related to earlier water damage. They removed and replaced siding on one side of the building and re-building much of our stairs and porch, and re-painted everything. His company also installed seamless gutters and downspouts on the same side of the building. The end result looks fantastic, the quote was spot-on, and he was good at giving project updates via text message with pictures.

We used All Times to fix roof leaks caused by ice dams. Eliel Souza was very responsive and came over quickly with the appropriate experts (e.g., carpenters, roofer, painters). They were very focused and efficient, quickly finding the multiple sources of the problem and fixing them. They restored both the outside (clapboards) and the interior walls and ceilings very satisfactorily. While they were here, we asked Eliel if he could take on some other jobs in the house, e.g., cut and install marble for a kitchen work surface, remove cupboard from above washing machine and remove file cabinet from built in desk. All these jobs were quite complex, but Eliel and his crew approached them aggressively with the right tools and quickly got them done. We were very happy with all these jobs as well.

Eliel refinished the hardwood floors in our entire five-bedroom home, sanding them and applying water-based polyurethane. Eliel's work was exceptional. Significant sanding was needed to remove scratches throughout the home from the previous owners' dog, the sanding was done very well, with almost no "swirls" visible from the sander. Three coats of water-based polyurethane was then applied, the first of which contained some tint to replicate the original warm oak floor color. This tint was essential, because unstinted water-based polyurethane does not darken the wood in the same way oil-based product does. Eliel and his floor expert selected the tinted polyurethane based on their estimate of the color required, tested the product on a sanded portion of a closet, and obtained our approval for the color before moving on the rest of the job. We wanted only water-based polyurethane used because of the reduction in odors as compared to oil-based product. It is also noteworthy that Eliel was able to apply the water-based polyurethane in the required thin coats without producing visible brush strokes, which is difficult to do with this fast-drying product. Sanding took 2 1/2 days and three coats of poly was applied over 2 days. The resulting work produced very attractive floors with an even surface and even, attractive coloring.

We Get All Times Contractor & Painting services Number from a Friend, we was looking for some information about refinishing the wood floors in our house. Eliel got back to us right away and was able to come look at the floors the next day. He provided a very reasonable quote THE SAME DAY. And he was kind enough to reschedule some things so the floors could be done when we were going to be out of town. He was great at answering any and all questions we had. My home in Weston required extensive repairs, replacements and remodeling. All the windows (over 50 in my contemporary house) needed to be replaced. The roof was disintegrating. In one sentence, Eliel Souza and his able crews are exceptionally well trained, knowledgeable, orderly, punctual, clean, polite and accommodating. I've seen a lot of painters over my thirty years as a design professional and the way you can tell a pro from a scheme is that a pro takes more time preparing the work for paint than painting: cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, sealing, and priming. The actual finish painting is then applied uniformly and evenly without lapses or "painter's holidays" as we call them. Eliel and his team painted the exterior of our house last summer. His estimate was comparable to others we received, and I really appreciated the level of detail he provided in explaining all the steps he was planning to take in the process (sanding, power washing, carpentry repair, etc.) He answered all of our questions before, during, and after the project, and he was very responsive to emails and texts. The work they did was fantastic - our house is on a fairly busy street, and people driving by still stop to tell us how great the paint job looks. Eliel did a walk-through with me when they finished painting, and I pointed out a couple small issues that needed to be corrected. He made sure they were fixed the next day and wouldn't take the final payment until he was sure we were satisfied with their work. We could not be happier with this company and the work they did for us, and we would definitely call them again.

Removed old deck and installed new. Overall, it went well. There were some issues with the re-install because of the poor quality of the old deck, but they worked those out on their time and expense and now it's perfect! Eliel and his guys did carpentry and painting work at my home. He painted my son's room, my whole finished basement and a half bathroom. Also, Eliel fixed the railing of the stairs from the first floor to my basement. Eliel changed the steps of the stairs and all of my kitchen flooring from tiles to hardwood floors as well. They also installed new doors in a couple of places where they were needed. It was a pleasure to have Eliel and his team working in our home.
